RMG provides a variety of support services for individuals living with disabilities in the community. We believe that individuals have a right and responsibility to live a life with the smallest amount of interruption as possible. To achieve this, RMG places trained Direct Service Professionals inside the home and works diligently to provide support and training for them so they can meet the many needs of our individuals and families. They come from many different walks of life with a vast array of experience. Our work can not find success without the many dedicated Direct Service Professionals and supportive family members, who we call our family, throughout Oklahoma.

Our supports range in type and intensity. We provide services at a minimal level for individuals who may need assistance with going to a doctor’s appointment or filling their prescriptions. The services provided can also be very intense and can include full, 24-hour care for support of complex medical or other conditions that are barriers to the individual. Regardless of the complexity, we strive to have open and honest communication. As a result, it is the goal of RMG to provide supports that are needed and integrate the wishes and desires of the individual served and their family.

Above all, it is our belief that living in a community requires responsibility of not only the individual; but also our staff and we work diligently to have meaningful relationships with the folks on the street that we call our neighbors.
